DO NOT PAY OR PLACE AN ORDER!!!
I would not recommended doing business with them at all! After multiple excuses and threatening her with a lawyer I got a very bad quality homemade mould. Waited 7+ months and been through a lot of struggles to get it. Jo Anne Stooph should be stopped. She also trades under different names - Enchanted Designs were one of them. She now also uses photos of my mould for reference of previous jobs done - PLEASE search the mould name on the photos she sends and make contact with us.

Outright Theft
Ordered some silicone moulds from Eeze Silicone Solutions. Paid through payfast thinking all was legit an amount of R812.60. My credit card was immediately debited with that amount. This company is definitely not a Silicone solution ; they are just one big CON. The goods never arrived to date and one cannot get hold of anyone there. They're are literally stealing people's money and getting away with it.

I placed an order a month ago and haven't received any goods I managed to get through once to the number and was told it's been processed and the number now goes to voicemail. This is definitely a scam artist looking at all the other reviews. I have requested a full refund. Very disappointed hope the law catches up with these scammers!

I ordered some moulds from this company, received it and the quality was not to bad, a bit uneven but OK, I then ordered AGAIN, I was promised 2 weeks, it is now 2 months and have not received anything from them, all communications stopped, they do not even have the courtesy of replying to emails

Don't do business with Eeze Solutions!!
I requested a quote for custom molds from Eeze Solutions(www.silicone-moulds.co.za). All communication was done with eezesolutions@gmail.com/sales@eezesolution.co.za. The sales consultant's name is Andrew Watt. I got a response that the designers were dealing with a backlog and it would take time. After 2 months I got the final design and a quote. Upon acceptance of the quote, I transferred the amount (just over R4,000 for the design, production of molds and delivery fee). I followed up with Andrew as to when I can expect my molds to be delivered, he responded that production was set for the following week (26th April) and he would let me know if there were any changes. The following week he said the molds would be ready for delivery on the next Monday (the 10th of May). I have sent 3 emails to follow up on expected delivery and have not received a response.
