Possible Scam

<p>Our details and documents were given to Adre Potgieter from Eeze Rates. This process is meant to take the strain of opening up an acount and paying a deposit to the COJ. leeuwner maritz attorneys strubensvalley gave our details to these people and we used them based on our dealing with this attrney company as they seemed quite proffessional at the time.</p> <p>This guy Andre, only emails once and that is requesting the fee + deposit (R4200). Despite my better judgement, i still used the fact that they were recommended by an attorney fee and i was drained from the process of purcahsing a house. Obviously this is what they pry on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short - My account was opened (by me phoning the COJ and confirming) my account is sitting at R9000 with no deposit ever made. Trying to get hold (phone, whatsapp, email, attorney) and this guy does not respond. Process is supposed to take 6-8 weeks, its been 11 weeks and no word from this guy or my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Plase do not use these two companies - as the attorney company doesnt seem to be bothered as they are "the third party"</p>
