EF Collection insensitive team member

A lady named Betty pitched this business to join,she asked me to chose s product and I chose R110 but I informed her that I'll have it month end. Yho she sent me a message telling me that R110 its a price of a coffee,if I don't have it I should ask around for it if I'm serious to join them. I have scrddnshotd and pics amd she kept on being insensitive without remorse. Is this the way the company works,is it even for real?
