BROKEN TAP/MIXER/CARTRIDGE

<p>I phoned Effcient Plumbing and Electrical on the 13/10/2016 to come and have a look at our tap as the water is leaking out of the tap. 2 Guys came the same day they told me that the tap needs a new cartridge inside thats why the water is leaking ot of the tap i then told them that i would have to speak to the owner of the business and let them know we paid them R150.00 for the call out fee.</p> <p>The next day on the 14/10/2016 i  phoned them as the owner gave the go ahead to fix the tap they came and the tap was fixed they replaced the cartridge inside the tap we paid them R500.00. The tap was fine until the 14/11/2016 then the tap was leaking again exactly where the previous problem was. I phoned them yet again to come and have a look at the tap they came and said that we have to buy a new Tap.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today the 24/11/2016 i phoned them and asked them how come we have to buy a new tap if the problem is exactly the same as the previous time i was still talking then he dropped the phone in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really bad service.</p> <p>Surely when they replace something it must have a guarantee of some kind.</p>
