The vehicle was sent in for a service on the 12 March 2025 in working condition.
The quote was provided by E & G Motors on the 13 March 2025.
E & G Motors started work on the vehicle as we accepted the Quote.
On 18 March 2025 I inspected the vehicle to which I was informed that the vehicle would be ready for collection on the afternoon of the 18th March 2025, latest 19th March 2025
On arrival at E & G Motors on the 19 March 2025 @09:00, I was informed that the Vehicle was taken for a Test Drive and the technician would be back shortly.
At around 10:00, Brad from E & G Motors contacted me via my cellphone to ask me if I have a tracker installed as the employee from E & G Motors who drove the vehicle out, has not returned.
After numerous visits to E & G Motors between 10:05 and 12:45, it was established by E & G Motors that the employee has ****** the vehicle. The new employees cellphone was turned off and was not reachable. E & G Motors did not have an further details regarding the Employee named Joseph who stole the vehicle.
E & G Motors also confirmed that the Vehicle was removed from the premises at 07:30 when E & G Motors handed the keys over to the employee.
There has been no remorse, apology, empathy and a sense of taking ownership of the event.
E & G Motor is not willing to compensate in any form for our loss. Missed the deadline of 09:00 on 20/03/2025.
We took our vehicle in good faith having a form of trust with E & G Motors. Am really disappointed in their response of just brushing it off like it never happened or had an impacted me.
