Lately, the only extra-large eggs that I could find at my local Pick 'Pay are those supp**** by Eggspert Eggs. Unfortunately, each packet purchased resulted in one or two smelly eggs that were not consumable. In addition, some of the eggs when cracked open were watery with broken yolks. The last packet of 15 that we bought had no less than 6 eggs which were clearly off and had to be thrown away. I actually wanted to contact the company, but their website is offline, and I don't want to leave the matter in abeyance lest I forget to warn customers that the purchase of eggs from this supplier will probably lead to disappointment and a loss of money.

On Wednesday, 28 August, I bought a carton of eggs that turned out to be of appalling quality. Not only were several eggs rotten, but some were also broken right out of the box. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, as I didn't anticipate this kind of poor quality from your brand. However, this experience has left me questioning the reliability and standards of EggSpert Eggs. It's frustrating to have wasted my money on a product that was entirely unusable. Given this experience, I am highly doubtful that I will purchase your eggs again. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your products.

So bought a tray of 30 Eggspert jumbo eggs... They were rotten, which I followed up with a complaint... After 2 + weeks of being lied to and severely mistreated by the regional rep, it took threats to get a response: 2 trays of 18 eggs dropped off at my gate... Also damaged and rotten without any dates of when they were packed. This led to a Karen moment just to get a response. The owner phoned and apologised promising it is a fluke and that they will investigate the matter but that I should not hesitate using their products. The call seemed sincere... But the joke was on me. Due to no other stock, I gave Eggspert the benefit of the doubt and foolishly bought another 30 Jumbo tray from another store. Dated BB 11/28/2020... Upon opening AGAIN ROTTEN. Also, even the eggs that weren't so rotten that it had fungus all over them had little pit mark holes [Looks like needle holes], not sure what they are adding to the eggs or why? The Owner and office didn't bother replying to this mention BUT as promised National Rep named Kenny phoned and left a casual message about just bringing more eggs. I replied that I don't want more rotten eggs and would appreciate that they tell me what steps of accountability they are taking. This was followed by the national rep, Kenny, calling me crazy. That it is just me that found their rotten eggs substandard and then insisting that I do his job and tell him who supplies their eggs. This after I have literally spelt out the stores where I bought the rotten eggs and sent them proof. This led to harassment from the national rep in which I blocked him from my calls and Whatsapp, but NOT EVEN A BOTHER from the office or the supposed owner to step up and take accountability for either their **** service or their rotten eggs. Just that I am crazy and scary... Which any sane person would get insane from a company refusing to own up to their rotten eggs

We purchase Eggspert Eggs Jumbo Egg trays every week. The last tray we purchased had 6 broken eggs which were rotten and the entire tray had to be thrown away. We sent the MD, Paul Dale, an Email and within 5 minutes received a phone call. Even though they were not at fault, within 24hrs we received a replacement tray of eggs. This company went to great lengths to ensure we were satisfied and they could keep us as customers, which is extremely rare. We will continue to support their brand and have no hesitation recommending them.
