I have been in contact with bolt for 2 weeks now.
My issue is that my bolt profile is logged on to 2 devices. This person has been requesting rides from the 7 June. I have been asking them to delete the details on the other device as they can see it but i cannot. Its really distressing as we know anything could happen. They take forever to reply and whoever replies just says what they want.
I have explained the samething over and over again.
