I ordered something from Home choice. On 31 Dec 2024 I was sent a sms that my package is out for delivery. It is 2 weeks later, I am still waiting……. It is also very difficult to get hold of them. I do not trust them. 😡😡

Yoh this courier company is the pits, i returned an order to Homechoice on the 15th and it hasn't reached its destination yet, which means that i'm billed for items that should have long been updated as returned. On the 10th of June tgey came to deliver again, no call, no communication, none whatsover then they returned back with my parcel to their warehouse. When i tracked my order it says there was no one home, but they didn't even bother to knock on my door at least. And the number i got from google just rings, no answer🤦♀️🤦♀️ Homechoice should change couriers to a more reputable courier company, else it will affect their business🤞 They don't deserve even 1 star yoh

COMPLAINT!!
Got a call from a lady at EKASIE COURIERS and she was very rude and refused she deliver my order.She is very arrogant and i called her several times to provide the delivery address and my order was sent back to home choice.The company is very unproffesional and the delivery lady was no would not recommend EKASIE COURIERS to anyone.

COMPLAINT!!

The SAn post office does better. Slow!
I have placed an order with HomeChoice and I have been informed that eKasie is their courier partner for deliveries. My package has been with the courier since the 5th of February, it is the 20th today. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Non payment
I lunched a complaint on the 1st February 2018 for December payment. Today is the 12th February 2018. Nothing has been communicated. No feedback or commitment to fullfill financial obligations. I am thwarted by this matter.
