Elangeni TVET College, you stand as a testament to the resilience of human upliftment, a monument to the absurdity of academic pretense. May your legacy endure, like a stubborn stain on the fabric of higher learning, reminding us all that even in the darkest depths of ignorance, there is still room for a good future for SA youth

MR Mdunge Programme Coordinator for the Automotive Repair and Maintanance Learnership L2 has notified me that the R2000 for stipendium will not be paid. Elangeni Tvet College clearly does not have any Morals and ethical standards. This came after I called to ask as to why I had not recieved appropriate payment for the past two months. He claimed he is no longer the Programme coordinator nor will there be any Stipends paid. This leads me to believing that my participation is being used to revert funds from the UIF and Department of Labour. Furthermore he was rude and vile on the phone. When I called for the second time another lady picked up the phone and claimed Mr Mdunge is too busy to taake calls and will call me back later. Last month I had recieved R200 for stipendium which is unethical and unjustifiable. Mr Mdunge has too much power and access and should be monitored for such behavior. I repeat Elangeni Tvet College must review their ethical behavior and how they loot monies using the unemployed. please respond to mlomangena@gmail.com
