Poor service

They fixed my TV with no pictures but sound only. The TV only played for 3 days and it did the same thing again. I called them they said they will come as there's a 3 months guarantee ( workmanship guarantee) Im still waiting since they said they are coming 2 days ago Now they are no longer responding or reading my messages.
