Bad product and service
I booked two 5 Kva Synerji inverters in on 3 Augustus 2020 for repairs. These inverters was operational for less than 2 weeks. It took until 25 August just to get a repair quote. Today is 10 September and still no indication of when the inverters will be repaired. This is real bad for a critical item for the solar electrical system.

Electrahertz is a well-established supplier of electrical components, and have overwhelmed me yesterday by their high quality of service. Having been supplied accidentally with an incorrect component when visiting their shop in Silverton yesterday, they promptly sent out a driver to come exchange it at the installation site. I will
