Bad service

My brother bought a bed in 2020 and they told him that he will finish on 2023 on January but he is still paying till today my brother took the bed for my father wich he is a sassa pensioner imagine the stress that he has his been paying from that time till now when ever he goes to pay they say it's offline he can't pay but the always call me for the payment maybe they want him to never finish paying the bed it's That unfair how will we come and be there cosumers like this . I'm very disappointed with this company it's works with Lewis a company I always admired as child that one day I will buy from them
