Next Level service
Had a great experience with Electric Fitment Centre Hatfield! I had a 32-inch Hella Black Magic LED Bar and a GhostX security system installed, and the guys there were super friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Everything was fitted perfectly, and the best part — they actually came all the way out to my place in Centurion to help adjust the LED bar when I couldn’t make it back to the workshop. That’s next-level service! Really happy with how everything turned out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solid work and great customer service.

Had a great experience with Electric Fitment Centre Hatfield! Extremely good service
I would like to give Frans and Tertia a HUGE compliment in assisting me with my One Nav radio and the air conditioner in my Hilux bakkie. This kind of professional and friendly service is hard to find. Frans really walked the extra 10 miles for me. From the first phone call to them, to the final invoice - absolute great service! I would highly recommend them.

Road Rage Sales Rep
Monday 11 March 2024 a sales rep for EFC had massive road rage between Wonderboom south and Gezina. We being in the car in front of him indicated that we are going to turn right and apparently that upset him because we turned in front of him (Keep in mind its a single lane that becomes 2 lanes and we are in front. This man proceeded to try and run us off the road he kept no distance between us and him so much so that i couldn't get his number plate. He swore at my Father in law and shouted horrible thing while my 7 year old daughter had to just hear it all. My daughter was crying i was a nervous wreck because we didn't do anything wrong. When we got home i phoned their offices and was given Johannes number (He is either the owner or the senior manager) I spoke to him and explained what happened, he said without a number plate it will be hard to pin point who the driver was. I proceeded to WhatsApp him the entire route we drove from where the problem started to where the man drove away. We are now on day 4 and apparently they still can't tell me who the driver is. I want this company to do better then just say we are sorry. What about the trauma my 7 year old had to endure? Why is bad behavior accepted? And why is this man not being held accountable for his actions while driving a company car?

Very Unprofessional and have now respect for there clients property
Very unprofessional. They did my towbar on my new car it is just over 2 week's old, and they damaged my car keys and the didn't even but the bumper on correctly and also don't now what els they damaged, now they don't what to take responsibility for what they did and now I also don't now if the wiring is done correct or if it is isolated correctly, now I need to take it somewhere else to make sure every thing is fine, the have now respect for there clients property, so please be careful taking your car to EFC Hartfield.

Very unprofessional. Show's complete disregard for rules and speed limits in estates, got caught twice exceeding the speed limit at almost double, where children are at play, would never recommend them or ever use them again and I advise insurances who use Beame, Matrix, Tracker etc to look at alternative fitters.
