After paying in full there was additional work to be done which should have been included in the original job, he asked for part payment. Which I did, the work was done but when we checked and told him there was quite a few things we were not happy with we were told his guys would do it. The house is in Yzerfontein so we could only check on a weekend so I paid in full. After lots of phone calls and no show we demanded our key which they had for over a month, otherwise we would go to the lawyer. The key was eventually returned to be told by the worker that he also did private work!
