Lack of Transparency and Accountability
A non communicative panel beater, no transparency and accountability on mistakes made on ones vehicle. 8 months later still trying to get vehicle fixed to standard workmanship. Instruction given to legal team to get them to account for unprofessional conduct.

A whole ****! Im not sure how Discovery Insure still uses them.. Had my car since March 2025 to date, and still not completed, giving me excuses about “awaiting” seatbelts that had NOTHING to do with the impact. Made me travel to EL to pick up a car only to find the car still had issues and wasn’t test driven before calling me. No assistance with courtesy car through all this after requesting numerous times. You’re promised a call back and get nothing when you enquire you get an attitude from Asanda!

Bribe clients a chance to win 50% of their excess back by rating them five stars on Google and Hello Peter
Bad Customer service. Poor communication. They bribe their clients to a 50% cash back on their excess paid if they rate them five stars on Google and Hello Peter. You can never trust them. Chances are none of the people who rated them 5 stars will win that "Competition", this is them trying to sanitise their name. Don't take your car here.
