I have never in my life experienced such disregard as a customer.
I saw Elite Finds interior and what they potentially have to offer and I was besides myself and looked forward to doing business with them. I went ahead and ordered a couch I really wanted by sending the design I was looking for.
The owner of Elite Finds interior was polite at first and when they failed to deliver based on my request, everything started going downhill from that point on.
I was dissatisfied with the turn out of the product and opened conversation with the owner to rectify the issue. She was ok to make changes since what I wanted and what she had to offer me were completely different. A compromise was met after a lot of stress on my part, and I was happy to eventually get the finished product once again.
Little did I know that was not the end of it. I was then billed for additional monies, which Elite failed to clearly communicate when changes were made. My new couches should have been delivered 9th June 2023 but because I was not happy and we both agreed she should make changes, they were not delivered. Upon my request for a detailed breakdown of why I was charged more money, she shared it was for ottoman and l though changes were covered from what I had canceled. I had to let go of couple of features for simple couch. I was besides myself. Not only was I to pay extra but the owner had become rude and unreasonable. The business had failed to do what I was promised... and now I had to pay money for storage while they fixed it?
Elite sounds like a great place to invest your money for a new couch, but the way they treat their customers leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. These charges that are out of the blue payable, are not for me to foot. All I want is peace of mind and my couches. I've already had to host a family gathering with no chairs to sit on because of their inability to deliver!
