I laid a complaint against this company last week with the promise they would respond and I am yet to received the recording that I requested. They rep**** to my prior (direct complaint) 2 weeks ago saying that I have already used the airtime, however, that is what I was instructed to do and this was prior to me receiving the inflated invoice. Had I known that was the catch then I would never have bought the data that I was told to buy. They put me in an impossible situation as I was stranded with no data so I had no choice but to purchase data.

Elite Mobile called me on 5 Feb 2026 to migrate my current Vodacom package which I was hesitant to do. They were not entirely truthful and I specifically said I am not interested if it is going to cost more as I don't need more than what I currently have. They gave me some story about wasting sms's and this migration will negate that I will just need to manually load minutes and data as opposed to getting it automatically so I agreed. I just received my new bill which is more than R100 extra this month which I DID NOT agree to. I sent and email and called the call centre to request the recording and have had no response. I have instructed them not to process the debit order as I did not agree to the increase. I am yet to hear back from them

On the 7th November 2025 a guy phoned from elite mobile said packages are changing will be R50 per month more huh R1600 more per month. Phoned on the 14 January 2026 and was told to take my packages back to how they where before there fu@@ up. Yesterday 26th Feb I see it's still. The same phone again get fu@@ed around and spoke. To 4 people and eventually I was told they will phone me back today. It's now 13:46 and still no call. In my eyes elite mobile is a bunch of ***** assholes and wish vodacom would fire there asses. Not happy at all

This is a bunch of ****mers. They called me last year October with a fantastic deal where you "pay less" for more data due to Vodacom restructuring their packages. I confirmed 10 times that this is not a **** and that I will pay less for more and the agent promised me it was the case. I have 2 contracts and changed both. I ended up paying more. End of January (29th) I called and complained. Was told it will take a week to follow up. After 2 weeks I called and was told they are investigating. Called again yesterday and was told the agent that helped me will call me. Still waiting!! This company are *****sters and cannot be trusted.

Please can you stop cold calling me. 40 to 50 missed calls is not acceptable and if you are that desperate for business I can promise you I will not be supporting you. You have no respect for people and their time. Normal sane people do not leave 50 missed calls every day. I am at the point where I am willing to move away from Vodacom because they support you. How can you be so rude and disrespectful. You should be banned from cold calling. Disgusting humans work for this company. I would hate to find out how you conduct yourself if I actually did business with you and owed you money. DISGUSTING. And Vodacom it is unacceptable that you condone this. I am at work and my phone rings and rings and rings with these idiots.

Worst company in South Africa! Never use them! I have received over 50 spam calls from multiple different numbers so blocking doesn't help either. There is nobody on the other end of the call when I request that my number is removed from there database. I am sick and tired of being harassed every single day including Saturdays and Sundays.
