Be careful of elite singles

Be careful of this company. I signed my father in law up for 6 months. He didn’t really use it but after 6 months they just automatically renewed the subscription and deducted R1014.00 from my account without consent. After we went on the site to cancel the subscription we were notified that they won’t refund the money and that he can use the site until August even tho he won’t be using it. Surely they can’t just extend without permission.
