Bad service and breach of contract
What they say on they contract and what they deduct is 2 different things. It's the worst health care services provider ever They also don't respond quickly and struggle with them

bad bad bad
Its been an hour that my policy has not been updated as active.My son is dying of a toothache abd they dont wana uplift my status,This matter is serios as i need to take my child to dentist. My policy still show suspended after i already made a double payment on 31st. This place is bad

Terrible service
My husband had an emergency, we called Elexi Care, received a run around first. they advised that the casualty department will be paid. The hospital called for authorization, or my husband would not be seen too. What a terrible experience service this was When we needed you guys the most we were *****ed over. We have been receiving bills left right and center after we were told that the casualty department was covered. We will be putting this on social media for all to see. We have never ever been ********** from a company like this before. Is this how you make your money?

Insufusiand funds
This medical aid took debit order in the 23rd of December but no money in my account due to getting paid on the 25th of December. Now we can't go for our chronic medication due to insinuated funds. But now I ca t make an immediate eft because system does not work like that. How to fix this. My wife is a diabetic now she is going with out insulin.

Bad Service
I'm very disappointed with the service i got i sent a request an agent called me last week on friday we spoke i asked for email she sent the email to show that i am interested i wanted to take the cover sent her all my details on email then asked to be called back at 3;45 unfortunately no call was made she called yesterday and said she knocked off early understood asked her to call me at 3;45 again as i am also at work i couldn't take the call as she called back in a space of an hour i had 25 miss calls from her 25 this morning she calls i'm asking her about the 25 miss calls she was rude and she hanged up the phone on me while i was still talking im shocked what kind of services is that..im not sure if i got her name correctly but i think its kathlen nadioo very bad service from this agent

Untrained consultants
I don't think that their consultants are given proper training. My medical insurance has been canceled twice and there's no one that seems to know whats the reason for this. Worst decision I've ever made!!!!
