NO REFUND EVERY RECEIVED!

After ordering for the first time and received my order promptly during 2023, I did not hesitate to order again from Elizabeth Boots. But this time I received no service and no delivery. After placing my order and payment was made, I did not receive any confirmation of my order. I have sent an email requesting this confirmation and their response was that I should check my “spam” folder since confirmations was always sent out. I have sent numerous emails informing them that I definitely did not receive confirmation and I have requested numerous times via email on the estimated delivery time, courier tracking number, etc. They did not grant me the courtesy of a reply on ANY of my emails. They received my payment of R1 500.00 but after months I still did not receive my order, courier tracking number or even a reply to my emails. Be very careful before ordering anything from Elizabeth Boots!

I am so so disappointed,I've just lost R700 @Elizabeth Boots...I've been waiting for 80 days for my Boots just to find out that the supplier has cancelled my order an cant track my parcel...I've tried to email the support team but my emails are being ignored. I got excited for Boots that never arrived.

Elizabeth Boots is a **** company. You pay the shoes and then they disappear. They have a "support" email adres but does not answer emails. Once i got an email from "Annie" but she also disappeared. Be careful. This is a ****!!

I ordered shoes a year ago. My order was for 2 pairs. I received 1 which was a slip on platform. Wore about 3 x and entire sole came off. The other pair was orthopedic sandles for my mom of R700 and I never received it. They said they had no stock. I requested a refund and to this day never received it. Only contact they have is the support email. No contact number and no name of the owner. No address.... Bad service even worse quality shoes at not cheat prices. ********* company, don't waste your hard earned money. Tanya

I ordered shoes a year ago. My order was for 2 pairs. I received 1 which was a slip on platform. Wore about 3 x and entire sole came off. The other pair was orthopedic sandles for my mom of R700 and I never received it. They said they had no stock. I requested a refund and to this day never received it. Beware! This is a ****. Website shows Elizabeth Boots South Africa with a .com email address. To finalise the order, one must pay, but the moment my payment was done, I was back at the shopping cart and asked to pay to finalise the order. I informed my bank immediately, and they wanted proof of Elizabeth that my order was not received. All my emails to Elizabeth was answered from a gmail address at 03:00 in the night (which make me believe they are not in South Africa) with the same message every time: I will look into this and get back to you. Six weeks later and still nothing, and my money is gone!

This is the worst of all. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, and this has been after I have been chatting on the site and email to confirm that the sizes would fit. Firstly I had to wait 3 months for my shoes to arrive, then it was the wrong size . They looked and smell awfull. It is the cheapest China nonsense they sent me. Definitely not orthopedic shoes as they claim to be.. Plastic with very hard soles. After emailing they said that they would send me another pair but I have to pay the postage which will be about R400 for one pair. This is the worst experience of my life. I expected proper orthopedic shoes and was prepared to pay for this... but now I paid and expensive amount for ****ty plastic not the correct size even shoes. Elizabeth Shoes - you are disgusting and ripping people off.

I have ordered 5 pairs of shoes from Elizabeth boots, paid for it on the 20th of July 2023, still have not received any shoes. Contacted the support@elizabeth numerous times, but I’m sure has automated responses as the answers to my enquiry must done by a robot as it makes no sense! Only means of contact totally useless - a total and utter ****!! Have handed the entire enquiry over to my bank and ombudsman - hope somehow somewhere someone can put an end to these *****ulent ****mers!!! Shameful how they abuse and use genuine shoppers
