Ellenburger in Bloemfontein the person we dealing with is Sari or Sawri I don't even know how to spell her name
They refuse to pay our deposit since we move out of their flat in October till now they now telling stories about late payment their service is very poor more especially towards blacks they give no damn there is never a day when they charged for late payment but now when they have to pay they tell all sort of stories

Worst rental agency !!
ellenberger and kahtsI stayed in a property under them for about 7 months, paid my deposit as per stipulated and rent timely. Also when I had a problem with a light that broke I'm December they never came to fix it after numerous communication with them , it's Been over six weeks weeks since I have left and they haven't given me my deposit back. The contract stipulated that I will recieve it after paying my last utility bill which I paid on 15 July. I moved out 30 June. When I sent then an email they said they pay the deposit 6 weeks after a person moved out. I wouldn't advise ANYONE TO TAKE UP A LEASE WITH THEM. I'm ready to take legal action against them at this point

a company of ******
there is a lady called called hanli, the most eveil person you can find on earth. very rude and and incompitent. her anger towards herself and life in general is on another level. she has no clue of what is happening and disguises her ignorance with anger. they take forever to refind you and they will give you stories after stories. i hate that agency with a passion.

Unpaid Deposit: Ellenburger and Kahts
I have rented a flat for over 2 years with Ellenburger and Kahts and this agency has done everything they could to not pay my deposit of R9000. this is after they used the very same inspection report they used when I moved in, I am told of dirty walls and broken cupboards... the one I fixed by myself.

Poor service from crooks
Very poor service and not helpful when you call someone they are never available and don't call back. I moved into a place and when I was busy moving in I found a letter on the counter saying that the rent will go up from the next month and that was not what was in the contract but they just said sorry it's like that.

LACK OF INTERGRITY
i have been renting the flat since june 2014, ive been been complaining about water leakes tellephonically nothing was done, i recieved high water bills to pay because of the leakages and responded to them via email but nothing was done. until i hired someone to come and fix the water by my self, last week monday i recieved a letter saying i must vacate the flat for not paying the water bills by the end of september 2019, while they water has damaged alot of my pots and food but still the agency did nothing about it, would you please assist me with that.

<p>I have never felt so aggravated by sheer ignorance from this agency. I moved out of a flat from this agency end of September. They credited rent from my account. I realised this 25 days after the fact, where i reported it. I spoke to a lady by the name Sarie and she assured me it would be sorted. When time passed and nothing happened i offered to take time out of my schedule and try reversing it. My bank was unable to do so, and i reverted back to Sarie to tell her i was unsuccessful. She then told me a story about paying back my money by the 25th of November. The day has come, and nothing.</p> <p>Then another issue is my deposit hasn't been paid back either, almost 2 months after vacating the flat. i was told that I would get it next week Friday, the 2nd of December. Why would i believe that to be true when they can't keep their promises. </p> <p>What is most annoying is they don't reply to my emails anymore. I'm certain they are being blatantly ignored! Ellenburger & Kahts is definitely better than this. I know this because i have lived in only flats from this agency. Please pull up your socks!</p>
