They offer a return within 30days if unsatisfied, but it transpires you have to return the item to China which will cost a lot of money You can return or exchange items within 30 days, though returns are not free and must be sent to our warehouse in China. Sending returns elsewhere may result in loss of the package.

As an alternative, you can keep the items and receive a 10% refund. Consider gifting them to friends or family. Don't even consider purchasing from this site
