Unhappy ****med customer

I ordered shoes which looked nothing like the picture and not cheap either. They very graciously offered to exchange the shoes for me but again the next pair I selected also look nothing like the picture on their website. They said I mustn't worry to return the shoes I must gift them to someone else. The are so ugly, no-one would want them, even for free! ****med for sure.
