Secondhand item received

I bought a headset through takealot where eltoro trading is the third party business, they sent me a secondhand headset which i paid R1417 for, when i contacted them they said that they have a brand new one in stock but it doesnt have a box, now they are waiting for a new sealed box from a supplier.
