Worst Service for Private hospital

i was admitted on the 19th May 2015 and the service i received was horrific for a pregnant woman and who paid money expecting to be treated well. on the 20th i was left alone no1 came to check me ue so until 3pm a nurse popped and and said \hey we are so busy today because its theatre day dont think we are ignoring you"all along they have been ignoring me left with an empty drip for hours"
