Follow-Up on Order Delivery

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my recent order. Despite being assured by one of your consultants that the delivery would take place today, I regret to inform you that I have yet to receive it.

Given the delay and the inconvenience caused, I kindly request an update on the status of my order and an estimated delivery timeframe.
