Today I was at the Embedded Pop store in Pta after 9:00 10/09/2021.

The reason for my visit was the owner Kagiso couldn't deliver on his endless promise after I paid in full for items I brought on the 25th of Sep 2021. The staff there was very helpful and tried their best to resolve my issue. All I come to do there was to get a Refund of R ........ of goods, he failed to deliver after countless inactions with him on his WhatsApp number that ended up blocking me WhatsApp without paying me back... It has been two weeks of waiting and waiting.

My fiancé got a hold of him to throw WhatsApp, because I was blocked from his app And it was agreed that delivery will be booked off this past Tuesday 7 Sep 2021 if I am not mistaken. But guess what nothing came with more empty promises ... So as I said want to the store on 10 Sep 2021. Hoping to get there, get my money, and go back to work but Nah that didn't happen... I waiting for nearly three hours for him to show up. He didn't show too and whilst I was there waiting the manager on duty got him on the line and his first words weren't to apologize for the poor service so far.. he said " am I there to threaten his employers ". But if his employers felt, I was a threat why would they allow me to chill at the store for three hours whilst talking to get them and they were waiting for him, to authorize them to pass my credit. So I can get my money and leave.

I meet him halfway by going all from Randburg to Pta just to get my cashback from him. Because it simply showed that he didn't want my business. He is was cool with it .. whilst I was there he WhatsApp My fiancé via voice note because he block me from it And said to her that: " you’re crazy and stupid boyfriend is at my store threatening my people, tell him to relax"

This one hit hard . when he called me an uneducated person, this is how he phrased it - ' That he is not going to be terrorized by her and your stupid boyfriend by him going to his store and making a noise like an uneducated person ".

I don't know What to say or do about this. I just wanted to let you know who the face behind the brand is Embedded SA. I got a personal serving of his services for the past few weeks Kagiso the men #Embedded_SA thank you very much for your words, it shows that I know less and need to go back to school. I will do so
