Embroidery Junxion should be closed for business' sake

I entered a live chat with Peter whom I assume is the owner, after perusing his site for my needs. His responses were so droll, I assumed he was a bot... no capitalisation, more importantly everything was a monosyllabic blunt one line answer.... When I repeated my assertion that he was a bot, he told me to go and bother someone else, no matter that I pointed out WHY I had misgivings that I was talking to a person. He terminated the chat when I was still responding, and when I dialled him on the cell - no apology, no shred of decency, just "Yeah well I don't like yada yada..." What kind of imbecile thinks it's ok to conduct business this way? I'm ashamed to be a fellow South African business... what an arrogant, immature and obnoxious idiot! Wow. How dare you?! I didn't think people like that still existed, and certainly not in business!! I give Embroidery Junxion 5000 minus stars - no Inbound journey, no giving a damn - just some arrogant inflated ego who thinks prospective clients are wasting his time on a Friday afternoon? I hope the business folds. For the sake of every single South African business out there, it can't cclose soon enough. Harregat, miserable, and obnoxious..... great ingredients for business ne? He's around the corner from me, and I'm entering garment making, but I'd rather have my embroidery done on Jupiter than ever, ever have dealings with Peter the human again. I'd rather do without. That, is the kind of disgusting non-service I am talking about.
