I called Emogene on the 21 January 2015 to make a booking for 1 night i.e 24 January. She confirmed availability and I requested an invoice. I did not receive any invoice but an email with the lodges bank details, 22 Jan at 10h48. <br> In order to secure my booking I paid the deposit at 13h34, the same day . I requested cancellation of my booking at 14h16, the same day since my sister went into premature labor. <br> Emogene responded saying that she had discussed with the owner but this was against their policy.After numerous attempts the owner, Blanche(owner) decided to take my call. <br> I tried to explain the circumstances, the fact that I had cancelled the booking within an hour of making payment &
