Empire Gaming not to be trusted.
In my 59 years of existence, I have never encountered a more disappointing establishment than this one. Once you are in their database, you will be bombarded with incessant hassling for the rest of your life, and to make matters worse, they do not allow withdrawals. Fortunately, I was able to obtain a ręfund through Spacetel-Capital.

Lets close empire gaming
Bought a game from them in December was for my child for Christmas never got the gift when you call they have alot of stories even on whatsapp. As i am typing this review the one handling the whatsapp account just sore at me imagine how do these people still operate after so many unhappy clients. Does any one have a adress for these ****mers. Quick to say make immediate payment but when you want your money back they swear at you.

I purchased a game from empire games and it was not working, they exchanged it with a repaired unit and after numerous calls and messages a guy by the name of Marlin said he will do the exchange, So I tried ordering a new game from a differnt number to get their attention, the guy sends a message to say that I was *****ing the company. Empire gaming if *****ing us.

I paid for goods that were never delivered. I was **** to that the courier company delayed the delivery of the goods. Then they blocked me on all comms. I have proof of payments and screenshots of whatsapp conversations as proof. I am consulting lawyers.

Misleading adverts
These people are criminals,they sell you a 4k ultra gaming stick and they promise you a gamboy as well for R1299.00.They take forever to deliver and they don't deliver the full package.They only deliver the gaming stick and then they tell you that they don't have stock for the gameboy.Its false advertising because the 4kgame stick is R799.00 on takealot.So they use the gameboy to misled us in buying.Thier page has 67k likes on facebook and they block if you ask about the gameboy.Please don't buy from these guys,save your money

My Money has technically been stolen
So based on everything that ive read on Hello Peter i guess im not alone and maybe should have done my research before buying from them . Basically i ordered a Arcade machine cabinet from them in October 2019 . Floyd was the person assisting , I actually decided to call them to make sure they had the machine design i wanted in stock before i paid , Floyd rushed me and said for now yes but you need to pay in the next 10 Minutes to reserve it , which i did offcourse , The machine was to be delivered to me a week after that , think i ordered around the 20th of October , From that day on I never again received a single call from these guys updating me on my order or whats going on etc , I would call and get another excuse every week . December i decided to request my money , Sent mails etc to everyone and actually got a mail saying we will refund your money ,Still today ive had so many stories and my last feedback was from someone called Justin i think saying my Money was to be paid on the 30th ... which it was not . And i have to keep running after them . marlin isnt too helpful either was trying to convince me to take another machine and then went Missing the last few weeks . basically i believe ive been scammed but I plan on paying them a personal visit this week and see what happens Warning to everyone out there thinking of buying from these guys . there are a lot of happy people even on facebook . they've even switched off wall posts and comments . They have no consideration or idea of what customer service means

I placed an order in good faith with empire gaming on 16 October 2019 and I am still waiting on delivery , I have made a numerous of call to marlon “ the owner “ and nathan ( working in dispatch ) . They have made so many excuses as to why I haven’t received my Pandora 12s , even promise a gift voucher of R500 for late delivery and still nothing . The call u am making now all goes to voicemail
