A specific job was advertised on Careers [URL Removed] The job details were specific and I applied online.
After applying Employment Link sent an email stating that I must make an appointment with them, which I did. I expected an interview to discuss the position I applied for.
When I arrived at Employment Link offices I was put in a room with approximately 10 other people and was presented with Employment Link's sales pitch. After this we were asked to pay R250 to be part of their recruitment business.
There are two major problems with this:
Firstly the jobs which are advertised on Careers [URL Removed] cannot be directly applied to by a potential employee. Employment Link states that they cannot send your CV to the job which you initially applied to.
Secondly a person is misled to believe that specific positions exist via Careers [URL Removed]
After attending their sales pitch I went back onto Careers [URL Removed] to look for the job and it had been removed.
Employment Link provides false advertising of jobs which do not exist in order for them to make a quick buck off from the unemployed. I contacted them afterwards, requesting information about the position. I have still not heard back.

Major Scam!
