MEDIA STATEMENT / REBUTTAL *The Neo Black Movement of Africa, South Africa (“NBM-SA”)* unequivocally rejects and condemns the false, misleading, and defamatory portrayal of the organisation in eNCA’s Gangland 2, Episode 4, broadcast on 15 January 2026. The programme wrongly depicts NBM-SA—a legally registered organisation with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)—as a ******** syndicate allegedly linked to violence, ritual practices, and organised crime. These allegations are entirely false, unsupported by verifiable evidence, and were broadcast without balance, proper context, or affording NBM-SA any right of reply. The Neo Black Movement of Africa, is a lawful Pan-African cultural and intellectual organisation founded in 1977 at the University of Benin following the 1976 Soweto Uprising. It is committed to education, social justice, community upliftment, equality, and human dignity. The organisation does not engage in ******** or violent conduct, and its membership is voluntary, non-coercive, and not structured as a ******** or hierarchical enterprise. The broadcast has caused serious and ongoing reputational harm to the organisation and its members. The matter has accordingly been formally referred to the Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa (BCCSA). The Neo BlackMovementof Africa-SA places on record that all allegations made in Gangland 2, Episode 4 are false and urges the public to disregard the documentary. The organisation expressly reserves all its rights, including the pursuit of further legal remedies. Issued by: The Neo Black Movement of Africa South Africa Chapter

Bra Dan is just too bias and idiotic On the SA morning he only asks whites to leave SA as it's their land....meaning Africans. This man needs to understand all ownership is temporary. This is no one's land. This was in response to Trumps offer to resettlement. This,Dan character must be cautioned for his behaviour on 10th Feb 2025 and earlier episodes.

ENCA CHECKPOIN WE NEED YOUR INTERVENE ON THE HOSPITAL [Peter Mashamaite] [1099 Odi Block v] [0190] [16/11/24] To: The Management of Odi District Hospital [Klipgat Rd, Mabopane Unit U, Mabopane] [0190] Cc: Department of Health Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptably Poor Service Delivery Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the appalling service my family and I experienced at Odi District Hospital. We arrived at your facility on [15/11/24] around 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, and as of [16/11/24], at 6:00 AM, we have yet to receive any meaningful assistance. Our prolonged wait has been due to inefficiencies and an apparent lack of communication regarding our case. Initially, we were informed we were waiting for laboratory results, which were delayed without explanation. Subsequently, no further updates or assistance have been provided. Instead, we were left unattended, with staff members seemingly abandoning their responsibilities. This lack of care is in direct violation of the Batho Pele principles, which advocate for putting people first. The unprofessional conduct and dismissive attitudes of the nursing staff have left us deeply disappointed and disillusioned. Despite multiple requests to speak to the matron, this has been ignored, further exacerbating the situation. This is not the first time I have encountered such poor service at Odi District Hospital. I have raised concerns in the past, yet no improvements have been made. It is unacceptable for a public healthcare institution to consistently fail its patients. We have paid for these services, and it is disheartening to be treated with such disregard. I urge the Department of Health to intervene and investigate how services are being rendered at Odi District Hospital. Patients deserve efficient, compassionate, and professional care. I also request a thorough review of the staff's conduct, particularly regarding their attitudes and adherence to patient-centered care principles. Failure to address these issues promptly may leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and the media. I look forward to your urgent response and to seeing tangible improvements in how services are delivered at Odi District Hospital. Yours sincerely, [Peter Mashamaite] [0712562357] [Email:Petermashamaite012@gmail.com]

Within the past few days I have been absolutely appalled at how little respect some of the new young lady presenters are showing their guests. Their arrogance and bias towards some groups needs to be reigned in. Respect begins at home-remember that. If you are concerned about what sort of SA 'your children are growing up in' teach them to respect EVERYONE around them. If I see either of these two on, I switch off until later. We don't need that not so passive aggression in this country.
