DEAR OMBUDSMAN I am writing to issue a final formal complaint regarding the funeral policies of my deceased family members, my Mother Chrisnel Hudson ID: 4310190053081; deceased 2 May 2026 7 years ago. My Father James Henry Hudson ID: 3808025063085; who passed away 12 February 2026, 6 years ago; and my sister Vernica Theresa Margret ID: 6806080126083 who past away 15 March 2026, 5 months ago. All required documentation have been submitted and also handed in at you offices by hand on numerous occasions, yet no payments, updated, or feedback have been received from the funeral policy provider as well as GEPF. According to their own policies, these payments should have been processed within 48 hours after death of my family members and receipt of all relevant documentation which was handed in at your offices by hand. This continued inaction constitutes gross mismanagement, breach of trust, and failure to comply with contractual and legal obligations. The delay has caused unnecessary hardship, and inconvenience, and may affect thousands of other beneficiaries if left unresolved. I hereby demand immediate payment, which must include: The funeral fund policy amounts owed, Accrued interest for the entire period of delay, calculated according to legal and contractual standards, and Full reimbur*****t of all costs and expenses incurred due to repeated visits, communications, and attempts to resolve this matter. Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved within 48 hours of this notice, I will escalate this issue without further delay to court for formal investigation and exposure. I expect written confirmation that the payments for my deceased family members process have commenced. All previously submitted and personally delivered documentation is available on for verification on request. This serves as your final warning to act in accordance with the law and your contractual obligations. Bra Dan is just too bias and idiotic On the SA morning he only asks whites to leave SA as it's their land....meaning Africans. This man needs to understand all ownership is temporary. This is no one's land. This was in response to Trumps offer to resettlement. This,Dan character must be cautioned for his behaviour on 10th Feb 2025 and earlier episodes.

ENCA CHECKPOIN WE NEED YOUR INTERVENE ON THE HOSPITAL [Peter Mashamaite] [1099 Odi Block v] [0190] [16/11/24] To: The Management of Odi District Hospital [Klipgat Rd, Mabopane Unit U, Mabopane] [0190] Cc: Department of Health Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptably Poor Service Delivery Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the appalling service my family and I experienced at Odi District Hospital. We arrived at your facility on [15/11/24] around 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, and as of [16/11/24], at 6:00 AM, we have yet to receive any meaningful assistance. Our prolonged wait has been due to inefficiencies and an apparent lack of communication regarding our case. Initially, we were informed we were waiting for laboratory results, which were delayed without explanation. Subsequently, no further updates or assistance have been provided. Instead, we were left unattended, with staff members seemingly abandoning their responsibilities. This lack of care is in direct violation of the Batho Pele principles, which advocate for putting people first. The unprofessional conduct and dismissive attitudes of the nursing staff have left us deeply disappointed and disillusioned. Despite multiple requests to speak to the matron, this has been ignored, further exacerbating the situation. This is not the first time I have encountered such poor service at Odi District Hospital. I have raised concerns in the past, yet no improvements have been made. It is unacceptable for a public healthcare institution to consistently fail its patients. We have paid for these services, and it is disheartening to be treated with such disregard. I urge the Department of Health to intervene and investigate how services are being rendered at Odi District Hospital. Patients deserve efficient, compassionate, and professional care. I also request a thorough review of the staff's conduct, particularly regarding their attitudes and adherence to patient-centered care principles. Failure to address these issues promptly may leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and the media. I look forward to your urgent response and to seeing tangible improvements in how services are delivered at Odi District Hospital. Yours sincerely, [Peter Mashamaite] [0712562357] [Email:Petermashamaite012@gmail.com]

Within the past few days I have been absolutely appalled at how little respect some of the new young lady presenters are showing their guests. Their arrogance and bias towards some groups needs to be reigned in. Respect begins at home-remember that. If you are concerned about what sort of SA 'your children are growing up in' teach them to respect EVERYONE around them. If I see either of these two on, I switch off until later. We don't need that not so passive aggression in this country.

I complained about this station and I will do so again . Instead of getting ENERGY EXPERTS to comment on the woes at ESKOM these MAMPARAs at ENCA gets a repesentaive from the BLACK BUSINESS COUNCIL and to add insult to injury , later in the bulletin brings on a STATISTICIAN to comment . Needless to mention both these guests had no clue what they were talking about . Its an EMBARASSMENT not only to the TV station but to the greater SOUTH AFRICAN viewership at large . Making wild unsubstatiated statemtent with no context is not the way to go . The statistation believes that if ESKOM is led by an Engineer the problem will be solved . ENCA must really catch a wake up . Their MANAGEMENT team need to take a hard look at themselces in the MIRROR . Go and listen to those 2 interviews, it was PATHETIC. In a crisis SOUTH AFRICANS dont need "SOAP BOX " commentators , we need COMPETENT people that have indepth knowledge of the subject matter and can express an informed OPINION . Whilst one understands that an opinion/view is subjective , COMPETENCE is needed to UNPACK an issue . The guests that the station is choosing to comment on ESKOM are not hitting the mark . You are currently firing BLANKS , bring on " guests " to fill in a slot . ENCA , you can do far better than this .
