CRUEL ENCHANTING FRAGRANCES SOUTH AFRICA
I purchased 4 fragrances last year November 2024, I made a follow-up with no luck. They only responded this year Feb. 2025 when I was requesting for my refund & they informed me that "the parcel is on the way" I told them to cancel the order, It's long over due. We'll they decided to disregard my request & courier the parcel. I informed the delivery guy to return the package back to the sender because they're very aware that I want my refund. I've been making a follow-up with no luck. They are ignoring my email & they blocked my number. These people are cruel, how I wish I read reviews prior purchasing.

Unhappy with product from Enchanting Fragrances
Good morning There is zero chance of me recommending Enchanting Fragrances when what they are doing is a **** – selling **** perfumes. I would be happy if someone compared what I bought from them to what is for sale is the shops, under the same Angel by Thiery Mugler brand. Kind regards Pam

I am very unhappy not just with the products I bought but the fact that not once have I received a reply to my numerous calls and requests via their Chat Box. Eeh guys it's just sad that we only read orchestrated reviews online but not visit sites like HP I just got myself blocked and ghosted for a received parcel of the "weakest airfreshners" that I bought thinking it's legit perfumes. The enchanting fragrances are a pure ****, I'm so ****ed if I could fins ways of getting back my money I'd go for it! I'm disappointed for years with this bunch of... Just stop buying ok! Go elsewhere.

Enchanting Fragrances - Rip-Off (Not original perfume) :(
I ordered perfume from Enchanting Fragrances. What a ******* - not original. If you look at the pricing and their write-ups it seems they are marketing originals. Lessons learned. I wish I can get my money back. Bad, bad, bad - don't buy from them please !!!
