Damaged property and flee without restoring

<p>i have horrible experience with both Basil Reed and Endecon whom accessed residence in an appointed contract from Magalies water to dig up a pipe.</p> <p>they have breached thier contract and obligation to repair my security paremeters leaving me not only with a large attorney bill but with a heavy repair cost of my security paremeters.</p> <p>they have played tricks and delay tactics for now 2 years and since disappeared.</p>
