Endless Pools was sourced by my architect to build a new pool for me. Initially there were no problems and when I called Natalie to discuss the options of a natural versus a regular chlorinated pool, she was very responsive and keen to help. Once the pool was dug, we decided to make the pool bigger and Natalie was once again very willing to come through to the site to discuss how we would go about making the pool bigger. I eventually spent over R200 000 with Endless Pools, however, as time went one Natalie became unresponsive, didn’t respond to calls, all her staff had COVID and were unable to complete the job timeously. When the pool was finally completed, the quality of the work was not good, the marbelite is very rough in patches, the mosaics on the steps are crooked and the biggest issue is that my one step is crooked, it is out by 6cm on the one side (as the pool is rectangle, the fact that the step is crooked is very obvious). When advising her of this she initially did not come to site to check the work. Finally, and literally weeks down the line she came to site and acknowledged the issues advising that the guy who had done the work has been fired – fat lot of good that did us. She never did any quality control whilst the work was being done or after for that matter. Not to worry, she was not going to run away (her words) and would make good and fix the marbelite, mosaics and the crooked step early in the new year, she did not want to do it before Christmas and leave us without a swimming pool over the Christmas period, very kind. We have subsequently heard nothing further from Natalie or her husband regarding how or when they will fix the pool. She no longer responds to messages or returns calls. I would advise that anyone considering using Endless Pools be very careful, of course they want as much money as they can possibly get upfront, leaving the Client with very little retention. In additional they do not belong to a governing body, another reason to sit up and pay attention. I am personally very disappointed and given the chance again would not use them. Let me add that they are more than capable of building beautiful swimming pools but fixing problems caused by them, they are not interested in. I have advised Natalie that I would be writing a review – she does not care!

After having a new pool done by Endless pools in December 2019 we have had endless problems with the pool. The fibre lining started lifting. Natalie has send her People to come and take all the lining out of the pool in July 2020 already and we are still waiting for them to come back to repair the pool for us. After how many calls and conversations she does not keep to her word. We have a Engineers report and another pool company that recons that it is because of bad workmanship. I would never recommend this company to anybody else. Natalie recons that we need to pay for fixing the pool as it is not there mistake. Her guarantee says 2 years against delamination and peeling??? This means nothing.!!!! Once they have your money you don't have a guarantee anymore.

I recommended Endless Pools to clients of mine for a pool clean and pump replacement earlier this year. Service was awful from the get go, but Natalie insisted we pay for the job and then made promises that it would be done. Two months and R5,000 later - they hae ignored mine and my clients every message and call, and happily made off with money for a job they never did. Awful service, dishonest people and money thrown away with nothing delivered. Truly, truly shocking. Stay far away unless you like being stolen from and letting yourself and your clients down! Their Facebook page is full of similar reviews, money taken and no job done - seems to be their MO. Check out Endless Pools SA on Facebook.

Do not use these guys. Having built a new home and having to deal with numerous contractors Endles*****ls were by far the worst. I have never experienced such bad service. They will not keep to time lines and will not communicate when failing to meet a deadline. My pool was supposed to be finished end October 2019, as at 8 March, I have just had the correct salt chlorinator installed and still have a light that is not connected and once again zero communication. Their attention to detail is also seriously questionable I had to bring to their attention some defects. My last communication was that they would be back in a day or two... that was a week and a half ago. If for whatever reason still decide to use Natalie and Dave to fix or build your pool, do not make final payment before 100% complete regardless of what their T's and C's state.

After appointing endless pool under the referral from a interior architect I did not do my homework on this company run by husband and wife team David and Natalie White. The two or three meeting prior to paying the deposit of the around R60 000 were perfect, after that they missed 95% of the meetings. Finally they came around and started installing the tiles which cost me an additional R60 000. But would not do so until I paid another R30 000. We installed the pool and it flooded the house. I must have phone and messaged these people 150 times. To come fix. The flood cost me R100 000 in repair. I then endured 6 months of what they said is repair to fill the pool and flood again, another R100 000 in repair, they then told me to chop and throw away all the tiles as it was the structure that was leaking. They chopped the tiles and then sent me a bill to redo the pool for an additional R30 000. I got someone else to fiberglass only to flood and find out they had not done the pipes properly. 2 years later and I have now redone the entire infrastructure of pipe, could of saved R60 000 tiles and not have flooding three times costing me over R250 000 in repair plus the cost of the pool totally more than R400 000. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The website address is also fake, when I tried to find them to deliver written letters, they then resort to threats. David and Natalie should not be allowed to install one pool after the ordeal they put me through and never resolved. I also found out I am not the only one.... you learn to little to late
