Poor support and feedback.
Please, I beg you, Look into the company first before you sign up with them, We got sold the Mitel 400 solution by Shaun and his team, and its been nothing but constant uphill battles and empty promises, they constantly throw IT under the bus when they are pushed up against the wall, They never ever come for meetings when requests, and you wait weeks upon weeks when you are them for feedback, Please do not go with this business as you will regret it, They cater for small home business which seems to be their strong point, but anywhere over 50 users they cannot support the business or really struggle to do so.
