NON COMMUNICATIONS, Not keeping to agreement, no COC, missing ****le still not supp**** 4weeks later

Bought a solar system with arrangement to pay once installed. Solar panels was installed and after 4 days of back and forth and no communication they told me they did not have stock of Sunsynk but can install Deye and that the systems are the same. I refused to make the change so they told me they could get Sunsynk from another supplier which they wanted 70% payment for the complete installation before delivery. I refused and paid the inverter and batteries worth on delivery. It took another week with multiple messages and phone calls without any response to finally get them to do the installation. The installation of just the inverters and batteries then took another 2 days and they wanted full payment before leaving. The system has been malfunctioning for almost 2 weeks now just to discover that they did not attach the ****le on the 1 inverter and that is causing the system to give incorrect readings. Its been 6 days still waiting for them to deliver and install ****le and to come fix the system. Again multiple phone calls and messages without any response (apparently they got ****le yesterday after 2 days - but I sent them the nr of someone that has one in the same town as them at a reasonable price) - still no response.
