Good overall service although delay with order

We ordered a few items from Energy Spark including 2 solar geyser kits, 7 Batteries and 4 solar panels. The order was delayed by a few days we were informed by their support department that they were under huge pressure due to a large amount of orders coming through that week. We finally received the order this week which was unnecessary from their end. We will look to reorder again in the future as their pricing was good however not sure if we will use their express delivery option which should have been within 2 days.
