Scamming thieves, Energy spark

This must be a scam. Ordered and paid for a 5kv inverter on the 7th of April 2019. Got confirmation that the order and payment has been received and dispatched....and I am still waiting. Initially I received some poor attempt at excuses but after a month of attempting to reach them, all correspondence from them ended, not even able to reach them via phone nor email. I see there are some good reviews here on Hellopeter, ironically dated sequentially daily from the 9th to the 14th of August. I believe this is posted by the Energy spark scam group to attract more victims (customers). I intend to lay a complaint of theft and fraud at the police station against these scammer, avoid them at all costs!!
