Bad service - Engen Thorntree ZZ Convenience Centre

On 16/05/2026 at 15:54 I visited Engen garage by Ruth First Road (Thorntree next to Soshanguve Crossing mall) where I experienced the worst service, I waited too long to get service and the staff was very rude towards myself and the other driver Infront of me. Petrol attendant by the Name of Ratanang (As per name tag) was extremely rude whereby Even after explaining to him who came first he still with a bad and aggressive attitude continued to assist other motorists before us who came first.

After such experience I doubt I will ever use any of the Engen garages more especially that one mentioned! The whole staff was dragging their feet and one could clearly see that they are so relaxed while some of us had to attend important meetings and time plays a very important role.
