I paid Engineering Hygienic Solution Services (registration 2019/359046/07), after I was quoted dated July 26, 2023 for him to order the geyser all accessories etc.. The product was not supp**** after 2 weeks and James Hooman kept delaying the installation, whereas I asked him to do a refund. To date he constantly has an excuse not to do the refund. This is dragging on and it is a red flag that he has no intentions on paying this back. HE IS A ****** AND *****. He does not answer his phone.
