Unbelievable service

<p>I bought a laser cutter from EngravCut in Boksburg just under a year ago.  I recently had a problem with the alignment of the machine and a s****ed technician was dispatched the same day, even though I am a small home based business and by far not a big client for them.  They fixed it, but the next day the same problem occured and again, a technician was there to look at it on the same day. He had to replace a part and couldn't fix it on the spot, but 2 days later he returned again to fix it in my absence and sent me an SMS to let me know it is now all fixed and working 100%.  EngravCut really takes good service seriously and is a great company to deal with.  I can recommend Joshua, Franki, Allen and the team there for the great service and an excellent product.  </p>
