I placed a order about over a month ago to be advised that they out of stock no follow up email from Thee Store Online i as the client had to send email after email waiting for tracking number to then receive an email stating they out of stock i must choose something different keeping in mind i made payment in full, i then asked for a refund as my daughter did not like anything on there page i have sent my bank details again done about 8 emails asking when will the refund be still nothing i had even posted the emails that i sent them on there Facebook page hoping to get a reply back, this is the most poor service and unprofessional service i have ever had its disgusting.
