We sent a 2 week old dell all in one top of the range i7 27" in as our customer knocked it oof the desk, the casing got damaged and the screen cracked, we received the quote and it was only for the screen due to the nature of the damage the client was considering doing an insurance claim, so we called ensure IT and, and requested the check the unit and make sure we get a it checked again and the casing gets quoted for this was early to mid Dec 2025. We have since the followed up and got hold of a lady by the name of Palisa, I was told she would check with the tech and call me back, one of my staff called the same day and got hold of the same Lady and got the same answer. I then followed up in a few days got old of some one else, who advised me to rather send a mail. This was 3 weeks ago and about 7 emails with no response besides the auto response.

I booked a HP Laptop in to the repair center on the 21st of February 2025. We waited MANY weeks for this unit to be repaired. Also, we had to pay R450.00 UPFRONT when booking the unit in. We received an email on Friday 11th of April 2025 at 14H47 saying that the laptop was ready to be collected. I drove through to the repair center at 08h45. I handed in my works order to the agent at the desk and they processed the paperwork. This person then summoned another person to go and fetch the unit from the store. I waited a while for the person to return EMPTY HANDED. I was told that I have to wait 30 minutes for the laptop as it was not ready. This is PATHETIC service from ENSURE "SERVICES". They are the WORST place to deal with and the agents that you deal with are so unprofessional, taking their time to process your book in or collection whilst having PRIVATE discussions about the week-end. They definitely DO NOT focus on the job at hand nor do they give a damn about the customer and their time.

This company promises not to waste your time, value your time, but after 20 minutes of English and Hindi adverts, they do not pick up the phone. One can choose from various menu options, including following up on a repair, give feedback, etc, but none of these options answer the phone, as they are busy with other ??? customers. Pathetic Service.

Formulated IT Group always responds to our queries promptly with super friendly services, their technitions is always well dressed and polite and fixes our problem in less than 10 minutes. After that I get a follow up phone call to confirm we are happy with our call out and everything working to our standards. This is an amazing company with very high standards. We are absolute satisfied with all their services overall.

Norman Nel the engineer did a sterling job and is professional, whilst Shevon at reception make sure that you are fully up to date with the progress of your repairs. Ensure can be proud to have ambassadors that is service orientated at all times. Well done.

Good day, I am now waiting 7 weeks for my laptop under warranty (bought through Evetech) to be repaired. This is unacceptable...especially approaching Christmas. Please could anyone assist in expediting this matter and getting my fixed laptop to me urgently please!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - THE RECEPTION IS RUDE and they try and sweet talk you into a situation where they basically will not help you at all. They can't verify any information and they can't check any warranty information by themselves. THEY DON'T"T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT. -100 starts is more accurate.
