i am currently dealing with poor after sales service..not mentioning the consultants name but when asked for management details, she said that shes management...and asked if i wanted it be removed from free services..after signing for medical aid and Gap cover and also referring more business..thats the level of service we get in this country... makes one feel like we doing them a favour by signing with them
