Overall, it's a good broker; I've been using it for a month now. The platform is user-friendly, and I figured it out without any problems. The spreads are reasonable, and trading is comfortable. There's a slight lack of training materials for beginners, but otherwise, everything is fine. The withdrawal went through, and I received the money.
