Epping Home Depot cheaply made products.

I bought a lounge suite online from this company and within two years the springs were coming out and it was sagging. I contacted them and was told they only supply a two year gaurentee on all their products. My issue is that I was never told that and on their website it maintains that the suite I bought was “durable” They keep promising that they will sort it out but I have been constantly emailing them since November 2017.
