Upon my exit inspection on 31 January 2026 my real estate agent Hannatjie, and the new tenant who took over my lease, agreed that I would be reimbursed for the +- R2500 left over on the prepaid meter from me loading units mistakenly during a time whenby the home on Kilburn was dealing with a cable fault leaving me for days without electricity. Neither Hannatjie nor the owners wanted to spend monies to repair the fault and therefore forcing my hand to move earlier. At the very least I would have expected the agency and new tenant to stick to the verbal and written agreements considering the units were purchased during the week I unknowingly was affected by a cable fault. This was after the entire house was repainted by me and left better than I returned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND based on a lack of entigrity on everyone's part. Home is located in Kilburn Street, Horison.
