I spoke to a worker at the call center and they were very rude. They only say your name and that's all. I work for a company and we have to work through them for our customer for authorizations. They only said my name and that's all. They didn't say hello or anything and they don't ask how are you or anything and this isn't the first time I experience this with this person. They don't even give you time to explain your situation they cut you off. And they don't greet or anything very rude. This is the only person that I have spoken to at the call center that is rude, the rest is friendly and atleast greet you and let you explain.

Due to our car paid off we requested on the 3/7 to cancel the warranty due to we need to await another 2 year all the paper work was send to Cherry Krugersdorp and EQSTRA , had to follow up again

I bought my service plan at Audi East Rand.I am calling to get claim approval and have called 7 times between yesterday and today. Each time holing for more than 30 minnutes to no answer THIS IS PATHETIC!!! I want to cancel the plan and get a refund since I have bot used it and had bought it cash. Q-tech ,Eqstra you are terrible terrible terrible.

Worst customer service ever!. Took out a Service Plan and Maintainance plan with them when I bought my car last year. Went for my first service and had no issues. Went for my second one the following year, suddenly there's issues with my policy and all. Found this out while my car was waiting for approval to be serviced at VW. The amount of calls and emails I had to write while being gaslighted by staff who have no sense of urgency. The financial cost and inconvenicence was insane. There is on 1 VW service centre in PE and it's 40km from where I work and stay. Imagine that. Will now have to fetch the car from VW without the service, rebook. So much time, money and petrol wasted. At least I now know which company not to go with when purchasing my next car. Stay away from them

n August 26 2024, I was stationary at a red traffic light, my car was rear-ended by a work vehicle. The driver provided his details, and I spoke with his manager to report the incident. A claim was subsequently registered with their insurer, Equestra Fleet Management. As requested, I submitted three repair quotations, and in December, an assessor was sent to inspect my vehicle. Despite fulfilling all requirements on my part, the claim remains unsettled. I have made numerous attempts to follow up via email with the assigned contact person, Ms. Gigi Groenewald, but to date, I have not received any meaningful response or indication of when the matter will be resolved. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and the unreasonable delay in settling this claim, which has left me without closure or recourse for necessary vehicle repairs.

Excellent service from one gentleman from the maintenance department, he assisted and guided me through the whole process. I just forgot his name. When I called back to follow up. I spoke to Thapelo Thago, who is also in the maintenance department and he was able to send me confirmation of authorisation right away. Great service guys, Keep it up

I have received the most appalling service ever from Eqstra, I cancelled my service plan with the company and requested for a refund, on the 17,Sept I received an email with a confirmation of cancellation and that the refund was credited to my acc, till this day I have not seen a cent of that money. 2 weeks later I am still struggling to get a proof of payment, firstly I was told the lady noted on the cancellation letter left the company a year ago, the second lady I have been in contact with doesn't exist yet she is able to send an email referring me to someone who also doesn't respond to my mails, the call centre number is a waste as it never gets answered, the complaints email is just as useless for people who pride themselves in providing good service, this is the most poorest service I have ever had to experience and i am grateful for the wisdom to cancel ties with the company before I found myself paying extra money. All I want is proof of payment for the money to be allocated accordingly but I am receiving the run around.
