They have a contract with the institution I work for and are expected to provide a service to students and to be on standby during our events (of which they get paid for it). Send them an email and ask for a quotation, they will ignore your emails. It has been over a year now, and they constantly deliver dissapointments. Mohau Mothobi, Franco Griesel and Tatolo Nkoe do not care about responding to clients and it is concerning. My advise: do not contract them for too long, they get too fami**** with the environment and you will suffer. I will be tabling the poor service in relevant meetings and ask for contractual review.

During an emergency call. I as the patient. Was humiliated and treated like an animal. No empathy, no patience at all. Accused of refusing to respond while I was already weak and unstable. 3 paramedics were at the scene. 2 of them assisted. While 1 of them by the name Of Tony just got arrogant with me and told me he is doing his job and I must report him if I want to. I didn’t expect mercy or pity from the paramedics however being treated like I am not paying for the ambulance service was distasteful. Tony proceeded to ***** me to check my glucose without even showing me if the needle is new or warning me of *** **ing me

I requested an ambulance through Namola in April. ER24 then billed Namola and took over R2000 from my medical aid as well. I have been liaising with Namola for several months and to date have had no satisfaction. My medical aid has been exhausted and now I need to pay cash for doctors fees. This is not the first time its happening with ER24. They are not responding to Namola and the account manager is forever on leave.

If I could give them zero stars I would have, worst service possible, I phoned them with a emergency on 14/04/2023, the lady that answered the phone called me 2 times for the adres and to ask me what I think is wrong with the patient and a 3rd time again to inform me they don't have a ambulance available, they will call me when they have one, till today 17/04/2023 I haven't heard a word form the.

On the 27th January I was transported from Newcastle to Pietermaritzburg. Authorization had to be approved by Discovery medical aid. I now get messages to settle outstanding account. Today the 27th of February I phoned ER 24 head office to inquire about account with a Lindiwe who was so rude and abrupt when I inquired about account. She slammed the phone on me. I did not authorize ER 24 to transport me to Pietermaritzburg.

Er24 administration staff is one of the poorest I have ever experienced in the country. They do not reply to any of my emails, messages, or phone calls. Really pathetic. I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone whatsoever, due to the fact that they are absolutely rubbish.
